Refunds and Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 (calendar) days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 (calendar) days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping items worth over $50, please consider sending the package using a track and trace number or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your item. 

Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please look at your order when you receive it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and fix the error. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
