How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our international suppliers. Therefore, please allow 3 to 5 business for processing your order and 3 to 14 days for your parcel/s to arrive after that.

We endeavour to get your parcel to you in the shortest time possible!

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you need to track your order, send us a message, and we will send you a tracking number. Regular email notifications will also be sent to you to keep you updated on the progress of the delivery of your package. For more detail, see the Delivery Information page. 

What if I want to return an item?

How can I pay for my order?

We make use of PayPal as our payment processor. 

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

We source the best quality and value-for-money products from various suppliers, and thus if you order more than one item from us, you might receive them in two different packages. However, shipping is free (economy shipping), and thus your shipping costs will not be impacted.

Regrettably, we do not ship internationally.

Leluxshop only ships to the US states, excluding; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you are a customer from one of the excluding US states (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico), don't hesitate to contact us at info@leluxshop.com to confirm whether the product qualifies for shipping to your state.
